Strong is the New Black!

For any woman in the world including me; to look young, beautiful has always been a priority.

.

However, it is so because of the upbringing and the cliché of the society.

I remember, when I was in my pre-teenage, I started noticing girls in my class undergoing changes- the undesirable ones!

I used to be hell scared that one day it would hit me too. With a lot of anticipation, I sought my mother’s suggestion as.. how could I skip the changes?

My mother said, changes in the body are natural and inevitable and they will occur no matter how hard you try to camouflage them.

One day would come you would have wrinkles all over your face, grey hair and eventually you will leave your body.

Better to concentrate on being strong and confident than pretty!

The one thing that would be constant through all your stages of life is your attitude.

I truly feel that a female should be raised to be strong. As in the most difficult times, your looks wouldn’t help much but your mental and physical strength certainly would.

Strong is not looking a certain way. Strong is not eating a particular diet. Strong is a mindset about how your body supports you. Strong is focusing on what your body does for you, rather than what it looks like. Strong is believing in yourself and not letting obstacles stand in your way.

Being strong means to embrace who you are and what your body does. This form of beauty lets us celebrate ourselves for who we are AND what we look like. Strong is a powerful beauty; it recognizes courage, strength, diligence, and grit as mental and physical characteristics.

Be confident. Be courageous. Be fearless. Be YOU. You are good enough. You can always work towards your goals and push to get better, but recognize the person you are now, and the person you are going to be is strong. And THAT makes you beautiful.

I made a place for myself to inspire women of my country and beyond!

It doesn’t take any age to define your strength but a strong mind and body to cultivate that.

Being a yogini; strong is my new black!!

What’s yours?!?!!??‍♀️
